Fees

Fees are charged to partially cover the costs involved in processing applications.  Specific information with respect to fees can be found in the Guide to the Application Process, the GENE Rulebook and the Companies Rules.

Payment of Fees

Payment of fees to the QFC Regulatory Authority should be made by direct bank transfer and must be inclusive of any bank charges.  In exceptional circumstances payment in the form of a cheque may be accepted but the drawer will be responsible for additional bank charges associated with the clearance of the cheque.

Applications, forms, filings or other fees will not be considered as submitted to the QFC Regulatory Authority until the full amount due has cleared the QFC Regulatory Authority bank account.
